  • Skilled Nursing is medical care provided by licensed professionals like Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). Examples include wound care, medication administration, G-tube feeding, and ventilator management.
  • Custodial Care involves non-medical assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. This type of care is often provided by Home Health Aides (HHAs) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Our goal is to ensure continuity of care, which means we strive to assign a consistent caregiver to each client. However, if a change is required due to scheduling or other factors, we make every effort to introduce you to any new caregiver ahead of time. Our RN supervisors monitor all caregiving plans to maintain consistency and quality of care.
